General Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law. By purchasing access to the Application, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Withdrawal within 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of payment without giving any reason.

  • The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a Subscription contract. It does not apply to subsequent Subscription payments.
  • Upon such withdrawal, the product will be fully refunded.

Subscription Services

If the Application is offered on a subscription basis:

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Exceptional Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the Application that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges;
  • Other circumstances where a refund is deemed appropriate.

  • Your name and account email
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for the request

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed;
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
